Where is my pre-order?
Pre-orders can take up to 30-45 days to arrive to us. Once we have received the item, we will prepare it for you and either mail it out or let you know the item is ready for pickup.
Who is the designer for this item?
We work very hard to hand pick items that are of the highest quality and that we know our customers will love! Items come from many different places and designers as the search for the best products for you never ends!

Do you carry petite, plus size or childrens items?
We sometimes carry some of these items but it is not a certainty for every item. Preorders are run on a regular basis on our facebook group: TBF Boutique Insiders #fairydolls #slingingfashionsince2017💙🧚♀️. This is the best way to get those sizes that you need. As a bonus you also get first looks at things that are coming to the store and huge discounts for group members only!
Will this item be reordered?
Most items are ordered one time and one time only! If you see something you like it is better to purchase sooner rather than later! Sometimes our most popular items are reordered, but this is the exception to the rule!
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is shipped! Shipments go out almost daily so keep your eyes peeled!
Which items are final sale?
Typically only sale items and gift cards are final sale.
